I do further agree and do hereby indemnify the aforesaid organizations and any persons from claim, demand or judgment against them, including attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in defense of such claims, etc., made or brought by a guest or crew member of my boat or their executors, administrators heirs, next of kin and assigns arising out of my boat’s participation in the event or any related activities.
